At Zaymera, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund policy.

1. Return Policy

1.1 You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
1.2 Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Return a Product

2.1 Send an email to info@zaymera.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2 You will receive further instructions and the return address.
2.3 Carefully pack the product and return it to the provided address.

3. Refund

3.1 Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
3.2 The refund will be processed within 14 days through the payment method you used.
3.3 If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Gift cards and discounted products cannot be returned.
4.2 Products that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
